The following points were discussed and agreed upon:

I- Underline sector of cooperation

The Lebanese Economic Forum will send companies' profiles to CIEM (Aprx. 20) in order to evaluate future business cooperation between CIEM and the Lebanese compaines.

In their turn CIEM will send the profiles of the companies which have an added value to the Lebanes market.

A workshop will be presented by both parties, once the profiles are recieved.

II- Palermo visit

The above mentiioned visit is scheduled between May 31st and June 3,2000. A delegation from LEF led by President Wajih Bizri attended the Third European/Mediterranean Conference held in Palermo on June 2nd,2000

III- Sicilian week

- The embassador will provide the LEF a feedback concerning the Sicillian week.

- The CIEM had invited the LEF to be a member in the scientific committee.
